We have our land!

After months of waiting we have our land. It's a little smaller than we had originally wanted but it was better for the budget and they are benching it for us. It won't be registered until March 2015 so no activity until then. Fingers crossed we won't have to wait any longer than that!

    1. Hi, we are building the sonata 13 media. We haven't done plans yet as land won't be registered until March. Not sure if we are able to get a fixed tender for a long period. Hoping to find that out

  2. I like that design too, i look into that one but our block is so short on one side, so it won't fit. Otherwise its a lovely design;i love the fact that the dining is separate to the family room. The only thing i would probably change is to push the kitchen to the eave so you'll have an extra 600mm kitchen wall and island bench

    1. I like all the display homes I've seen of allworth but need to think of the budget unfortunately :( how long is your tender for? i've pretty much figured out what i want to upgrade. fiancé really wants to remove the pole/brickwork in between the two sliding doors to the alfresco to make it more open but we will have to enquire about the cost. I'm pretty sure the 13 media has the kitchen to the eave if you look in the floor plan tab on my blog, i think please let me know if its not. Yes i like the dining and the family separate we were considering the harmony but i was a bit concerned about the way i could place furniture in the living/dining space. Its going to be a very impatient 6 months for me i think lol

    2. Hi Jess, the kitchen its not pushed out to the eave as the house is all in one line, if you look at the harmony 13 or any other harmony except the entertainer, the kitchen is pushed out to the eave. Rayj is also building the same & she ask for that pole to be remove & its around 4k i think

    3. Oh ok, thanks for that. I will find out a price because I'd like to have a bigger bench space where the stove top is. When are you expected to start building?
