Hi there, we are looking to build this same house and just wanted to know if there is anything that you would change or any modifications that you would recommend?
ReplyDeleteHi, we made some changes to the original plan to start with. We extended bed 4 to be in line with the rest of the house, and moved the linen cupboard near the bathroom to the computer nook so we could have a bigger vanity in the main bathroom. The only thing that I didn't get that I wish i did was a microwave cavity as there isn't much bench space for it and it makes it look cluttered so we have ours in one of the cupboards instead. We also changed the entire hallway to be tiles which I'm glad we did as well.
DeleteWe added bulkheads to our kitchen to prevent dust build up and an overhead cupboard on the fridge space. and swapped the fridge space from next to the pantry to next to the window.
